Queer Reads is a monthly adult book club (18+) celebrating the diverse voices of queer authors, characters, stories and joy. Join us each month as we celebrate queer storytelling and foster the discovery of new ideas and unfamiliar lived-experiences. Queer Reads meets on the Third Wednesday of every month. Hosted by Nevada County Library Staff.

For March, we will be reading The Pairing by Casey McQuiston. The Pairing follows estranged exes Theo and Kit, who unexpectedly reunite on a European food and wine tour years after their breakup. To cope with the awkwardness, they start a hookup competition, but as they travel through France, Spain, and Italy, old feelings resurface. Amidst delicious food and scenic landscapes, they must decide if their past love deserves a second chance.

Copies of the next month's book are available on a first-come first-served basis at all Queer Reads meetings and at the Nevada County Library, just ask at the desk.
