Event Schedule

6:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Registration and Mingling

- A greeter and registration stand will be set up at the top of the stairs.

- Upon signing in, each guest will be assigned a symbol and will receive a small notebook that they will use to write down the identifying symbol of the people they want to connect with.

- Guests will have the opportunity to mingle, enjoy tea, and snacks, and participate in icebreaker activities.

- The doors will be locked promptly at 7:00 PM to ensure a safe and intimate environment for all participants.

7:00 PM - 7:10 PM: Opening Circle

- We will gather everyone in a circle for a welcome speech and an introduction to the evening's activities.

- We will encourage guests to try new things and engage fully, while also respecting their boundaries and allowing them to step out of any activity if they feel uncomfortable.

7:10 PM - 9:00 PM: Rotating Stations and Activities

- Participants will rotate through various stations, spending 2-5 minutes at each, depending on the size of the crowd.

- Activities will include talking prompts, interactive elements, and more, designed to range from fun and light to deep and intimate.

- These activities are structured to help guests have a good time while also fostering deeper connections to assess compatibility.

9:00 PM - 9:30 PM: Closing Circle
- We will reconvene in a circle to thank everyone for their participation and collect the notebooks.
- After the event, we will email participants with potential matches based on the notes they provided.
