Gay Day at the Yuba and After Party
Gay Day at the Yuba is an annual event where the LGBTQ+ community gathers to frolic, swim, reconnect with old friends, and meet new ones, in a beautiful clothing-optional environment. The location is Hoyt’s Crossing on the South Yuba River, north of Nevada City, California. For complete information, please visit https://gaydayattheyuba.org .
This year we are excited to let you know that there will be a free event after Gay Day at the Yuba from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM at the Rood Government Center on Highway 49. The event will be at the Marion Gallaher Amphitheater next to the Madelyn Helling library. There is plenty of parking for this outdoor event that will include a comedy show, food trucks, raffle. We will be providing lots of FREE ice water and aloe vera for sun recovery too!
Moving Van Show (Melissa McGillicuddy and Shahera Hyatt's show) will be coming up to perform along with several other queer comics, including our own Auntie Vice, who is hosting this event!
There will be a raffle with great prizes to help pay the comics.
FREE entry to all. Bring a blanket or camp chairs and bug spray to get comfy with the community.
If people want to participate/help with raffle/vendors, please message AuntieVice@FatChicksOnTop.com
